Great Holiday

I strongly recommend staying at W Bali, both with family or friends. The staff is extremely hospitable and accommodating. The quality of room & the view was very nice. A bit limited in food choice, but that does not matter much. Woo Bar as expected was nice and so was the food at Fire. The management gave a free extension of stay till evening so that we could rest before catching a midnight flight. We are very thankful to the entire team W Bali.

I would have like few more cuisine options.

The W Bali is an incredible property. It’s like arriving in paradise! The staff are so friendly and accommodating! They make the trip all the more special. The rooms are large and extremely comfortable.

Great stay.

Breakfast was average. All the facilities were excellent. We barely left the resort. Our room was lovely. Staff are so kind and helpful.

The price of the accomodation and the inclusions is a bit steep for what you get.

The restaurants; the location; food ; the staff ; the rooms ! Everything was amazing

I don’t think there’s enough activities for kids to be engaged on the property besides the pool . A kids club is something that a property like this should have ; we have stayed at other Marriot owned properties at Bali infact our 5 night stay at w ; we moved to courtyard by Marriott for two nights ; they had much better options for kids to be entertained.

Staff were so attentive & lovely! nothing was ever a problem.. lots to do & loved all the little extra touches the hotel makes to keep the guests happy! so many things to do here! We initially only booked for 2 nights but as we enjoyed it so much we ended up staying an extra 5 nights.

There really wasn’t much so I am going to be picky- Green furry cushions on the bed were awful. Would have liked more beds on the beach as they were always full. Would have like a few more daily yoga classes

Great resort, construction work a downside.

The W has fantastic amenities, facilities and just the overall feel is wonderful. The staff are lovely and accommodating and the food is fantastic.

I selected 1 extra large bed in the bedding format option of the booking and when we checked in they couldn't provide us with it. They only had 2 x twin singles. Why would you allow the booking if you couldn't provide it? They also were adamant that I didn't select the bed format and when I showed them they said that the booking.com website doesn't give them that information. They were accommodating in that they were going to put us in a room for the first night with a large bed and then upgrade us to a villa, however, we've stayed in the villas before and we just love the sound of the ocean so whilst we appreciated the offer, it wasn't what we booked. The other disappointing factor was the construction work thats happening next door. We were only at the W 6 months prior and we were given a room right next to the construction which we complained about and were given another room as it was soo loud and if you know Bali, they work extremely long hours. Our room was placed next to the construction AGAIN. I don't know how they can get away with charging what they do to be put next to a construction site. You should be giving notice and providing a discounted rate for the rooms next to it. We recognised this immediately after checking in and alerted the staff about where we were and they sorted it out for us. Just a little all over the shop. This is my third time staying here and the first time was fabulous, the second was reasonable and this time was just ok - it doesn't seem to be improving unfortunately which is a disappointment as the complex is incredible.

Every detail is cared for.

Every detail is cared for. We booked a villa with a private pool for our honeymoon and it was above our expectations. The cleanliness, the facilities,the attention to details and the professional staff made our stay extremely enjoyable. With direct access to the beach and a walking distance from main spots in Seminyak.

Every single thing was well thought of, well designed and customized to each & every guest. Amazing!

The hotel management thought about every little think in the customer journey, its impeccable! When I felt a little sick, they sent me ginger tea with lemon & honey, and when I was walking out of the restaurant they gave me a sample of Coconut cooking oil as a gift because they did their homework & came to know I love cooking! Everything is customized for each person. Their service is over the top. The vibe & energy at the hotel is amazing, youthful, positive and vibrant. The breakfast is NOT TO MISS - delicious is a small word.

Nothing! There is nothing to complain about. I couldn’t find a single thing that I didn’t like.

Something special

The facilities are second to none with attentive and accommodating staff. The room was clean with all the little extras that make it that little more special. Check in could have been handled with more attention and care (mix up with our booking meant we had to wait an hour for another to be ready upon arriving at 11:30 pm. The only thing we could genuinely fault is the breakfast buffet. For a solid 5 star establishment, the breakfast is surprisingly underwhelming. Drinks and beverages flow with ease but the food from the ( a la carte ) menu was flat and lacking almost always. Pancakes were hard and doughy, French toast was cold and hard and the bread was always stale and inedible. Toast your own. The actual buffet itself was lacking in choice and bare. It's the little things that make the difference. That said regarding breakfast we would most definitely return.The W is really everything you could imagine, but better.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was professional and very nice and attentive.

They only had 2 restaurants for dinner choices. The children at the pool would run all over the place and splash water. I recommend a kiddie pool area.
